Why this conversation
On-ramp is a highway metaphor: the ramp you take to get onto the road. In crypto business development it is the standard word for the route by which fiat money becomes crypto — a card purchase, a bank transfer through an exchange, a partner checkout. The reverse, crypto back to fiat, is the off-ramp. Say "fiat on-ramp" for a non-crypto audience and plain "on-ramp" in a BD meeting.
