Rabbit: retention by signup cohort, not one blended rate. Track portal wallet activations by join-week cohort so a rising overall activation number can't hide a worsening new-cohort retention curve.
gitboard: add a retention triangle, not a single DAU/WAU tile. The service dashboard should chart each cohort's retention over time per service, since one averaged metric is exactly what this PoC warns against.

코호트 분석은 사용자를 가입 시기로 묶어 각 집단을 시간에 걸쳐 추적하며, 혼합 지표가 평평하고 오해를 낳는 선으로 뭉개는 감쇠와 개선을 드러냅니다.

왜

이 PoC는 이벤트 데이터로 리텐션 삼각형을 만들어, 상승하는 혼합 수치가 악화되는 신규 코호트 리텐션을 감출 수 있음을 보입니다.

동작 방식

아직 만들지 않음.

Jayverse에서의 위치

Rabbit: 가입 코호트별 리텐션, 하나의 평균 수치가 아니다. 포털 지갑 활성화를 가입 주차 코호트별로 추적해, 전체 활성화 수치가 오르는 동안 신규 코호트의 리텐션이 나빠지는 것을 감추지 않게 한다.
gitboard: 단일 DAU/WAU 타일이 아니라 리텐션 삼각형을 추가한다. 서비스 대시보드는 서비스별 코호트 리텐션을 시간에 따라 그려야 한다. 이 PoC가 경고하는 것이 바로 평균 하나짜리 지표이기 때문이다.
