Why this conversation
Think little of someone means to have a low opinion of them; the mirror is think highly of someone, and "so little" turns it up to "that low". The must is inference, not obligation: "you must think so little of me" means "the only explanation for what you did is that you rate me very low", the same must as "You must be tired." Nobody is being told to hold an opinion. It is a wounded line, so at work use it once and lightly.

왜 이 대화인가
**Think little of someone**은 누군가를 낮게 평가한다는 뜻이고, 거울상은 **think highly of someone**이며 "so little"은 강도를 올려 "그렇게까지 낮게"가 된다. must는 의무가 아니라 추론이다. must로 상대 행동의 이유를 추론해서 되돌려 준다. "You must think so little of me"는 "네가 그렇게 행동했으니 나를 낮게 보는 게 분명하다"는 추론이지 명령이 아니다. 뒤에 근거("I've run three of those interviews")를 붙이면 감정이 아니라 반박이 된다.
상대가 부정하면 표현을 바꿔 말하게 시킨다. "Then say that. 'Too much for you' sounds like…" — 상대의 말을 그대로 인용해 어떻게 들리는지 알려 주면 사과가 자연스럽게 나온다.
