The draft already exists — a selection rule, not a new channel

The daily report already produces publishable prose every morning and rabbit's docs hub is already a public channel. What is missing is one rule that decides, per section, publish or keep — and the scarce half is not the English original, it is the Korean reconstruction.

Ten-minute version first, and it is the whole first step: pull three publishable items from the last week of reports, by title only. That list is the draft of the rule. Then write the rule down as a per-section default — publish, redact, or private — and apply it going forward, so the decision is made once instead of every morning. Channel: the rabbit docs hub, which already exists and already publishes.

Why

The method is reconstruction, not translation, and that is the whole differentiator. Carrying an English argument across into Korean produces a worse copy of something already abundant. Attaching it to what a Korean reader already knows — bank settlement, securities depositories, the local regulatory structure — produces a different piece with different emphasis, from the same source. English originals are everywhere. A senior engineer's Korean reconstruction is not.

The blocker was never writing. The writing happens daily and has for months. The blocker is a decision made at the wrong frequency: asking can this one go out every morning is a tax that gets paid in avoidance, and the observed result of paying it in avoidance is that nothing goes out at all. A default answers the question once and the morning stops being a decision point.

This is also the cheapest possible version of the reputation route. The chosen path is to build standing through code and writing rather than through meeting people — and that path has an obvious failure mode, which is producing steadily into a private directory. The channel already exists, the material already exists, and what stands between them is a paragraph.

Why a default beats a habit

A per-item decision costs attention every morning and is paid in avoidance; a default costs one paragraph, once. The table above is not a policy document — it is a way to stop re-deciding. The only maintenance it needs is a new row when a genuinely new kind of section appears, which is rare.

The measurement, if one is wanted

One number, taken once a month: what share of the report's sections went out. Not how many readers, not how many links — the share published, because that is the only number the rule is trying to move. If it sits near zero after the rule exists, the rule is not the problem and the honest conclusion is that the route was never the chosen one.

일일 리포트는 이미 매일 아침 공개 가능한 산문을 만들어내고, rabbit 문서 허브는 이미 공개 창구입니다. 없는 것은 꼭지마다 공개냐 보류냐를 정하는 규칙 하나뿐이고, 희소한 절반은 영어 원문이 아니라 한국어 재구성입니다.

10분 버전이 먼저이고, 그게 첫 단계의 전부입니다 — 지난 일주일 리포트에서 공개 가능한 꼭지 3개를 제목으로만 뽑습니다. 그 목록이 곧 규칙의 초안입니다. 그다음 규칙을 꼭지별 기본값(공개 / 부분 삭제 / 비공개)으로 적어 두고 이후로는 그대로 적용합니다 — 결정을 매일 아침이 아니라 한 번만 하기 위해서. 창구: 이미 존재하고 이미 게시 중인 rabbit 문서 허브.

왜

방법은 번역이 아니라 재구성이고, 그게 차별점 전부입니다. 영어 논지를 한국어로 옮기면 이미 넘치는 것의 더 나쁜 사본이 나옵니다. 한국 독자가 이미 아는 것 — 은행 결제, 증권 예탁, 국내 규제 구조 — 에 붙여서 설명하면 같은 출처에서 강조점이 다른 다른 글이 나옵니다. 영어 원문은 어디에나 있습니다. 8년차 엔지니어의 한국어 재구성은 없습니다.

막고 있던 것은 글쓰기가 아니었습니다. 글은 매일 나오고, 몇 달째 그래 왔습니다. 막고 있는 것은 잘못된 주기로 내리는 결정입니다 — 매일 아침 이건 내보내도 되나 를 묻는 것은 세금이고, 그 세금은 회피로 납부됩니다. 회피로 납부한 결과가 관찰된 대로 아무것도 안 나가는 상태입니다. 기본값은 그 질문에 한 번만 답하고, 아침은 결정 지점이기를 그만둡니다.

왜 기본값이 습관을 이기는가

건별 결정은 매일 아침 주의력을 쓰고 회피로 납부됩니다. 기본값은 문단 하나를, 한 번 씁니다. 위의 표는 정책 문서가 아닙니다 — 다시 결정하지 않기 위한 장치입니다. 유지보수는 정말로 새로운 종류의 꼭지가 생겼을 때 줄 하나를 더하는 것뿐이고, 그런 일은 드뭅니다.

굳이 재겠다면, 숫자 하나

한 달에 한 번, 리포트 꼭지 중 몇 퍼센트가 나갔는가. 독자 수도 링크 수도 아닙니다 — 공개 비율입니다. 규칙이 움직이려는 유일한 숫자가 그것이기 때문입니다. 규칙을 만든 뒤에도 0 근처라면 문제는 규칙이 아니고, 정직한 결론은 그 노선이 애초에 선택된 적 없었다는 것입니다.
